No nečumte tak, že tri príspevky naraz, doháňam zameškané (oslavujte návrat strateného syna). Okrem skvelej a zdravej zeleninovej panvičky jedávam ešte aj zdravé raňajky. (No dobre, iba ak si nekúpim koláč. Problém je taký, že ráno sa pohybujem v blízkosti úžasných voňavých nemeckých pekárničiek, ktoré vo mne vyvolávajú ten pocit, aký má feťák v obchode farby-laky, víme. - Ja viem že sa opakujem. - A nemyslite si že sa ráno zdvihnem svižne z postele, aby som si šla kúpiť pečivo a noviny, nene. Väčšinou totiž spím, ehm, inde ako doma a keď sa ráno trepem do svojho brlohu, mám tých pekárničiek po ceste asi päť. Kto by odolal.)
Ale dnes je nedeľa a po včerajšej párty potrebujem niečo, čo aspoň zdravo vyzerá. Takže na super sýte sexi sladké (s)raňajky (všímajte tú aliteráciu!) potrebujete:
- tvaroh (trošku)
- biely jogurt (trošku)
- banán (malý)
- med (dve lyžičky)
- škoricu (přiměřeně)
- sekané mandle (ste buržuj? No tak.)
To celé len zmiešate a k tomu si uvarte kávu, hlavne ak ste takí rozbití jak ja dneskaj. A idzte blogovať.
