24-hodinový tvarohový koláč

Presne ten, čo robieva moja mama a čo som piekla ako ukážku slovenskej kuchyne (mlčte!). Je 24-hodinový, čo znamená, že po dopečení by mal 24 hodín odstáť, aby tvaroh pekne vsiakol do cesta a potom je vynikajúci. U nás doma to v skutočnosti znamenalo, že do 24 hodín po ňom nebolo ani stopy. Fotku som ujebala na nete, musíte ma ospravedlniť, ale môj nevyzeral tak reprezentatívne a nemala som so sebou ani foťák.

Potrebujete:
  • 500g polohrubej múky (Weizenmehl, Nemci polohrubú nevedú)
  • 150g práškového cukru (mala som kryštálový)
  • 150g masla
  • 1 prdopeč (prášok do pečiva, víme?)
  • 1 vajčisko (sprdkavené)
  • 1dl mlieka
Plnka:
  • 500g tvarohu (normálneho, ale Nemci majú iba jemný, ide to aj s takým)
  • 1 vanilkový cukor
  • trochu kryštálového (podľa chuti)
  • 1 vajce
  • hrozienka
Postup:

Zo všetkého vypracujeme cesto. Rozdelíme na dve polky, obe vyvaľkáme a jednu dáme na vymastený plech. Na to vykydneme vymiešaný tvaroh a potom to prikryjeme (práve som napísala prYkryjeme, ale nikomu to nepovedzte, už som to opravila) druhou polkou a pekne zlepíme okraje. Bude sa vám to trhať a tvaroh vylievať a budete pri tom nerváčiť, že prečo to nevyzerá, ako keď to robí mama, ale uvidíte, že nakoniec to bude mega dobré (ježišííííí, moja spolubývajúca ZASA pripálila ryžu, v hrnci, ktorý som dnes s námahou vydrhla práškom, zaškrtím ju!!!) a Nemcom to bude chutiť. Aj Španielom a Rusom a Talianom a Peruáncom, proste zmizne za pol hoďky (ako fľaša vodky). Dáte upiecť na 180°C kým nebude hotový (fakt si nepamätám, moja drahá mať tomu hovorí "keď bude ružový" ale ja som nevidela nijaký ružový koláč s výnimkou punčových rezov...tak proste sledujte a čakajte, hlavne ho nenechajte prihorieť, jak moja spolubývajúca) (je tu smrad jak hovado...).
